Our North and South dining rooms feature technology systems independent from our main dining hall. Our private rooms also feature fireplaces that create a charming and welcoming touch for corporate occasions. And when you need to get down to business, you can switch on our Apple TVs that accommodate presentation needs that your team might have.

How Many Guests Can the Venue Accommodate?

If your corporate event needs are large, a restaurant buyout is the best option, as you’ll have full control over the dining space, menu requests, décor, and other themed touches you might require. Restaurant buyouts can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. 

For smaller-scale corporate events, our North and South dining rooms comfortably seat up to 45 guests and are perfect for team celebrations, planning, and general business meeting dinners.

When Are the Event Spaces Available at 220 Merrill? 

Event spaces at 220 Merrill are typically in high demand during the holiday season, the start of any year, during springtime, and again in early fall. Our main dining hall is available for buyout throughout the year but is typically more in demand during the end of the year or during warmer months for non-corporate celebrations. 

Our two private event rooms also align with this timing theme and are generally in higher demand than full restaurant buyouts.
