Plan Your Visit
220 Merrill is open every evening for dinner, with happy hour available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. The Rose Room is open on Thursday through Saturday from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. We offer valet parking every evening, and plenty of self-parking is available in the Pierce Street Parking Structure behind 220 Merrill.
Reservations are highly recommended and encouraged to secure your table at 220 Merrill. While we graciously welcome walk-ins for our restaurant and do our best to accommodate them, we cannot guarantee seating.
We also recommend booking a private VIP experience, joining our VIP list, or requesting a table or booth at the Rose Room. Joining our VIP list or requesting a table or booth does not guarantee a reservation or entry, as they are on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are approved for VIP access or a table or booth, you will be notified via email or phone within 24 to 48 hours after submitting your request. You will need to bring your approval to bypass our regular admission line.
When planning your visit, remember to dress to impress. Both 220 Merrill and the Rose Room have a smart-casual dress code to maintain our upscale, luxurious environment. Avoid sportswear, T-shirts, tank tops, sandals, flip-flops, hats, hoodies, and tennis shoes.
